A+V is keen on continually improving its solutions while broadening its horizons by asking questions such as; Why? What is the purpose of this solu-tion? "We pay special attention to customer-facing areas in client's offices and look for incredible solutions to increase the impact and awareness of client's brand, which can translate into improved sales and financial performance," adds Kolcun.Focusing on helping clients build stronger audiovisual strategies, A+V organises educational workshops and educates them on the various new technologies and equipment solutions. The company first analyses the existing offices and audiovisual systems of its clients before proposing modernisation and maintenance plans. "A+V's team members hold esteemed certifications such as CTS, Cisco, Crestron, Extron, AMX, Biamp, and QSC. We are a certified Zoom Integrator and Microsoft Silver Partner. Our project managers are certified in various methodologies for project management and are experienced in applying them to the specific needs of the end user. We are the only integrator in Poland offering maintenance and support SLA with various tiers for response and recovery deadlines," says Kolcun.A+V's flexible, optimal, and cost-effective solutions are backed by professionalism, high work ethics, responsibility, and innovation. The company has worked with global corporates in various locations and industries such as legal (Hogan Lovells), oil & gas (Shell), real estate (Savills, Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE), retail (QVC), IT & Software (Jamf, Relativity), healthcare, and environmental services (Veolia). While working on a project to equip the new office of Cushman & Wakefield in the Warsaw Hub office, A+V was tasked with creating office audiovisual systems, which would be ergonomic and intuitive in use, prepared for a new model of hybrid work, equipped with technologies limiting touch and helping to maintain appropriate social distance. After analysing the current C&W global corporate standard and conducting workshops with the client's employees and managers, A+V was able to determine the detailed functional requirements of each office space in terms of using audiovisual, IT or room reservation systems. "An important aspect of designing this AV infrastructure was the introduction of one communication standard within all meeting rooms and one functional standard for the entire office. Our experts designed the appropriate AV systems and coordinated them with the designs of other installations," mentions Kolcun. The company provided C&W with a friendly and easy-to-use audiovisual system, which allows minimising touch, thanks to the use of automation systems, room reservation systems, presence sensors, wireless audio and video transmission. This is just one of the many instances where the company has been successful in helping clients meet their audiovisual needs. With a strong international presence, A+V operates in multiple locations across Europe, and has delivered AV projects in numerous countries, such as Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, the UK, Italy, Czech Republic and more. With an imminent redefinition of office work, the challenge for the future is not a new fit out, but modernisation of existing offices and a change in layouts and used technologies. When clients will enter this new business realm, we will be prepared to offer our expertise and take them through the change in process smoothly and safely
